Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is still in the same condition as when you got it, OR the product arrived and it was already damaged and/or stained. Exchanges are not guaranteed because some of our products are limited edition. 

When a return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (free return labels in the US only) and initiate a full refund once the product has been shipped back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, stained, or if you received the wrong item or size, so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
We cannot always guarantee exchanges for our products. This is because of the fact that some are limited edition and we might not have any left in stock. If there is still availability, we are always more than happy to do an exchange for you. We will send you a return shipping label (free return labels in the US only) and once the return has shipped we will send you the new product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be sent a return shipping label (free return labels in the US only) and once the item has been shipped back to us, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
